Ependymoma
Ependymomas develop on the cell walls of the CSF chambers, especially in the ventricular system and the spinal cord. Due to their character and usually slow growth, they can grow considerably and lead to symptoms only at a late stage.
Headache as a consequence of CSF circulation disturbance with hydrocephalus usually leads to the diagnosis.
The therapy of choice is usually microsurgical removal. We will gladly advise you about this condition and the treatment modalities.
